What do you believe in? - Challenge + Freebies

Once again a blogger challenge from Strawberry Singh. The thing I love on these challenges is the fact that they haven't gone really on the ''create a look with this'' theme. They go a bit outside and makes the blogger speak their soul out and also makes it possible for everyone to make.
I was raised in a typical Portuguese family, but I always felt revolted around the Catholic religion (sorry believers) it wouldn't be anything else than going to the church, praying at night and celebrating Christmas and Easter. When I was 15 I met this girl who opened my way to new religions. Not religions that fallow a God but yes religions who have the pure state of mind as the important thing to a happy life.
One thing she made me believe was that we should never fight back those who wish the bad on us. There's a superior power that will make them learn their lessons. That power is KARMA. I believe what goes around comes around so I never fight back with people, they wish me bad they will attract bad energies and so one day they will have that bad luck they wished me in their lives. And not fighting with someone also means your state of mind will be pure and so you won't get a bit of nerve because of a fight. And yes, I've seen several people who wish me bad in my life and then they would have those back energies in theirs... this is not about cursing anyone, is just the power of the minds, if your mind wishes bad on others one day you will receive it.
So this is the reason why I am annoyingly happy most of the times. I don't care what other people do to me. One day they will learn their lessons and see that bad energies attracts bad luck.
One if my fave stores are having a hunt. Ricielli has 7 stars around their mainstore with several goodies, each star costs 10L but very worth it as they are very good items such as skins, poses, jackets, pants, dresses... So better hurry and get your goodies.

Having an Affair with Eva - Skin Review

Greetings my artists. I bringing you some of my faves from SL... or one of. Who knows me for sometime knows I am a Glam Affair skins lover... not all skins go that much well with my shape and so on... but their skins do. I love it. The make ups, the textures,... The skins from there just make me look HOW I want to look. And just got this tickles on my stomach and when received the preview from Eva skins. Aida Ewing, the owner of Glam Affair, just made me be even more addicted and in love with her skins... first Sofia... and now Eva. Thanks for the chance and for making women in SL feel BEAUTIFUL.

Lady Marmalade [FreebieLook]

Ohai. :D So... hummm.. today I saw that I confused some dates some days ago. The Jewelry Fair didn't end on the 13th, I confused as that was the due date of links for the bloggers contest... so the Jewelry Fair stays up UNTIL THE 17TH and the next post will feature some goodies sent to me by the lovely owner of Mai-Tai that makes also part of the Jewelry Fair. I had to blog something vintage... like a cabaret and so on... and nothing best to be part of my hair than Clawtooth. The store is gorgeous and as all these chiq and cute hairstyles based on the 20's, 50's and so on. Today is Friday and I also got my Fifteen Linden Friday hair from Clawtooth. I am in love with it and too bad I've been missing the FLF items. So stay tuned for the next look, Clawtooth FLF item, Mai-tai Jewelry Fair goodies and also a cute freebie look for date.
On this look I don't really have much to say... I've been blogging lingerie lately... and it's not normal of me... but this might be because I always wear lingerie and a construction helmet when decorating a house... This one is taking longer than usual, I usually decorate for myself now I have someone else to please. Have half of the living room done and so far my construction helmet have protected my hairstyle. hehehe. This weekend I might get quiet on the blog. I want to party!! If you guys know of hot parties going on SL this weekend drop a line... invite me. But only parties where I can take my construction hat and dance stupid. Yay!

One more day of JF - Ganked

Sawadee!! :D (hope I still know to say ''Hi'' in thai ). Yesterday I went to Mashooka, like a year ago I would be all crazy around Indian stuff and would get lot of goodies in there, they used to have this walls with oldies for low prices and also nice stuff on the lucky chair. So I went there and saw there was a new color of this outfit I got in the past at the Lucky Chair and so got it. Just love this black and golden thing, is a pretty texture and also a nice outfit itself. Also had those tattoos from Mashooka lost in my inventory and here they are.
Had this necklace from Ganked for Jewelry Fair and I had to blog it. The funny thing about Ganked is that its pieces can fit in all kinds of looks... is all about having imagination when dressing for it. This reminds me of some Egyptian necklace (Now can't explain how I end up dressed with Indian clothing... ). Is nice to see how different people can see a piece in different way. Have loved Ganked since forever. The owner is always very kind to the shoppers and also to the bloggers there's always a freebie in the store, lucky chair and MMBoard. So anyone have a way of having something from Ganked in the inventory. Also the other Jewellery prices from there is not expensive either.

Ganked @ Jewelry Fair

Is not the first time I blog about Ganked and have also blogged about Ganked freebies at the Jewelry Fair. Now is time for me to show the great stuff you can get at their booth on the JF. They are not free but I think Ganked is really some brand any girl should have on their inventory. They are just so precious and the designer is kindly enough to sell her goodies for low prices and also for gifting the her shoppers with amazing gifts.
The next posts might have featured some non free items that comes from the Jewelry Fair, but I hope you like my pick ups, they might not be freebies but Art of Freebies are not only about Freebies but I do also like to expose the art side of SL and sure lot of the designers at the Jewelry Fair are truly artists. But for those who like freebies news I will be using some free stuff so you can still do you freebie addict shopping. *hugs*

Welcome to the Jewelry Fair

Greetings. ^^, Got to know about the Jewellery Fair some days ago... Unfortunately, sounded that was too late for me to make part of the bloggers team...Anyway, I dared and sent a notecard to one of the organizers trying out my luck. I jumped of happiness when later logged on and saw a group invite waiting for me. So here I am giving to my artists some info on this amazing Fair.
This Fair will be on from October 8th to 17th and will focus on the ''Beauty and The Beast'' theme. The Fair will be released at four Beautiful Sims, all decorated inside the theme of this classic Fairy Tail.
Each Sim has its theme, and very worth of exploring, besides the great booths and great Jewelery Goodies it is also very pretty to walk around and look at the pretty Landscapes. Each of them is decorated acording to the jewels that can be found in there. The forest has pretty Gipsy wagons and carts with the items to be sold, it features fantasy, ethereal and eclectic style jewelry, the colors of the forest are just stunning. In the Majestic Beauty's Castle you can find traditional , fancy and formal Jewelery that will make the tast of any princess and prince or Kind and Queen. The People's Village around the town square has some old-world Bavarian style shops where you can find more casual Jewels. Last but not least, you have the Beast's Castle, gives you the dark side of the story, the perfect place for Gothic and BDSM alike Jewelry lovers.
Alike other Fairs in SL, this Fair also looks foward to collect donations for RL instutions. You can help by buying the donation items made by the designers(50% goes to donation) and also candrop some Linden coins to the several draw-wells you find around the sims(100% goes to the OXFAM institution).Your lil' help can be precious for OXFAM.
Why visiting the fair? The images speak for itself, is a wonderful sim, with fab designers from SL (you find them all at one place) , your help can be precious for someone living in poverty, you shop (yay accessories *_* ), great quality and one thing I know my artists like: FREEBIES. Lot of the booths have some goodies priced at low prices or for totaly free. So your visit is more than worth. :]
Make yours and the others visit a Fairy Tail. How? The real beast at the Fair (as at any event in SL) is the lag, we can't stop lag from existing but we can help it being less. Remove all you prims, scripts, HUDs, you don't need to look fab, just enjoy your experience and walk freely without lag pushing your feet back. And if you have a fancy graphic card that allows you to move as you wish think about the others who might not be so lucky, don't be selfish. ^^, Make it a good story for everyone. Along the Sims you will find a signs like this, touch it and you will receive info on how to reduce your lag and also receive some bubble to walk around the Fair. :3

My personal view on the upcoming Fair.

The Fair as lot of items for all the tastes. Lot of the designers made amazing items featuring the Fair theme, you see lot of goodies with roses, flower, starts... everything a fairy may have. But I like whoever goes further this idea. The great thing also is that this fair gets you to know new designers and I found my passion!! This booth from VIOLATOR is just stunning. I was stoned at the adds and how different the creations were. But that's me, I like different things and so this creator had exposed my personal taste. :] Love Love Love.
Also love the stuff from Ganked and Donna Flora, as always. (heart) And collected lots of freebies that I still need to unpack and show off here to my artists.
Besides the shopping part the 4 sims are just perfect. The deco is amazing and great pictures can be taken around the area, so remember to take your cameras with you.

Princess Steffy fell asleep in SL while writting this post... and is now inside her bubble waiting for a Prince to save her and unpack her goodies. :D
